Sometimes your bacteria level in your urine can be higher or lower depending when you took the test. Take all of the antibiotics and if you aren't peeing often anymore then you probably did have a UTI. I once had a UTI and the ER said my urine test was negative but a few weeks later it was positive in my doctor's office and after the course of antibiotics the pain and frequent bathroom visits stopped. So clearly I did have a UTI.

Have to say that looks like a contaminated specimen. And the presence of blood is only an issue based on amount of blood in the urine. Dipstick is not adequate measure and can give false positive reads. Recommend another urinalysis with close and careful attention paid to cleaning perineum prior to specimen collection, and be sure the specimen is midstream only.

Make an appt. with an Urologist for a second opinion. This
could be a precursor, sign, of a Medical condition. Microsopic
detection of blood in the urine is not a good sign.
