I jogged for 45 minutes this morning and will do a one-hour step and toning class at the gym after work. I'm addicted to working out!

I hour of Free Motion class, then 5 miles on the treadmill at a 1% incline, moderate and slow speed.

I have been changing the volume and channels on the television for finger exercises so that I can improve my violin skills. Typing answers on this just aren't enough exercise; I've got to sit in front of the television and play with the remote too. Then that's enough to make me sweat; so, I've got to nap for the rest of the day.
This typing has tired me out already...I'm going to sleep!

tae bo and pilates for 30 minutes each. yesterday i ran a mile around my highschool track and i walk a 20 minute walk home everyday. i dance on thursdays and fridays for about 3 to 4 hours

Well...i woke up..went to the kitchen...made some coffee....walked to my car...then walked to my office...then walked to the fax machine....and now im at my computer typing to u...
My feet and hands get a GREAT workout everyday....lol
