I realize its about the size of your stomach, not how big you are as a person, but with the amount of calories they take in at the contests and in their training, how is it possible they burn all those calories?

Look at the girl who has finished in the top 3 or 4 in the hot dog eating contest every year. She eats nearly 40 hot dogs in 12 minutes yet weighs 100 pounds? How do they do it?

A ring of fat prevents the stomach from expanding, and thus fat people have a tougher time competing. The best competition eaters have little or no fat. Their stomachs become larger and hold more food when crammed

Because how could eat 40 hotdogs at once and NOT throw up... LOL

because they have more space in their stomach lol

they probably don't eat for days before those competions.

it may be because they have a better metabolism
