All of these choices are good but i would go with grilling. If you decide to boil it then boil it in chicken broth it doesnt really add that many calories and it tastes great.

Grilling is the healthiest since the fat drains away. The crockpot method is easiest. Just put the chicken in on one of those wire grills to keep it out of the fat. Don't have one? Slice a potato in half and set the chicken on that. You can start it in the crockpot in the morning and eat it an night.

Oh, hold the salt. Salt tends to dry meat out in cooking. If you have butter, rub a bit into the skin, then sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper. The butter is optional, but makes it a bit better.

If you grill, make sure the meat is done all the way through to the bone.

if you making chicken with just salt and pepper no butter or oil your fine in any way you cook it!
remember cooking is just heat and heat isn't unhealthy for you! but the oils you use and the salt and pepper you use could be unhealthy! so go light on it!

Probably all about the same. Grilling will taste the best, IMO.

when you grill it, you have to worry about carcinogens.
when you boil it, you have to worry about water contaminants.
when you crock pot it, you have to worry about natural and air-borne contaminants.
i would say whichever you prefer is the least of all evils, unless you use bottled/filtered water, then i would suggest boiling.
hope this helps!

I dont think it matters which one of these methods you use, its what you add to your chicken meal that will determine how healthy it will be.
