Some company makes a vertical blind that operates by hand ( no cords or wands), so they're either open or closed all the time.Do you know where to find them?

I've seen those kind of blinds, my grandma bought some a few years ago, and I don't remember the brand but we got them at home depot. Go to a store like home depot or lowes and they would either carry them, or know what they were and where to special order them.

I got some enclosed blinds from lowes or you can try home depot if you have one in the area.

Got mine at Mr Seconds. Don't know if you have one in your town. I live in the Northeast and they are all over around here.

Try Costco if you have one, or J.C. Penneys.
