It is a RAR file. What can open it with?

maybe I aint all that bright. Ive d loaded it and exracted the files but Im still stuck. Call me names go on I dont care :(

When you opened the RAR file did it have an application a text note and a little picture of a pc with an 'i' Saying MSinfo Document?
If it did right click on the MSinfo file and open it with 'notepad'.. Then it should open up to give you installation help.
Try that... It's what i do when i download full programs.
