If I were you I would check out local colleges' bulletin boards where students post jobs they want to make extra money. They'll do everything from yard work to hauling stuff to typing school papers to filling out forms. You just need to figure out a way to get there and look. The newspapers might list people willing to do this also but just be careful!

A waste of taxpayer dollars. They could at least learn the language if they want to fill out forms to steal our money.

In scotland you go to your job centre plus and as to speak to someone who deals with 'money matters'

I see so many kids taking care of adult business because their parents can't/won't/don't speak the language of the country they are living in.
