Bake it. Much healthier than fried chicken. Add seasoning too because it is very low in sugar. And, of course, there is no fat. Real lemon juice can also be used if you don't like seasoning. Happy Cooking!

Grilling is definately the healthiest, because the flames burn off a lot of the fat. If you cook it in a pan, it sits in the fat the runs off, and some will soak back in.
Crockpots are ok if you are wanting it ready when you get home, otherwise, baking and grilling are the best. As far as healthy recipes go, I can't really help you there, because I don't eat chicken. But this is a link to a LOT of healthy recipes... Hope some of them work out for you!

All you need to do is wash & dry the chicken & cook it thoroughly. Follow the instructions in your cookbook.
I cut chicken in half & like to squeeze lemon juice all over it, add lemon pepper & some garlic powder, bake in 450 degree oven, skin side down for 20 minutes, turn it over, baste with lemon juice & bake until done - about another 20 min., depending on size of the chicken. Delicious!

In the oven, and if its not skinless already, take the skin off after you bake it. You can brush it with whatever you desire. Grilling is good too however, grilling does produce carcinogens.

Grilled.
Marinate it in a low-fat, low-sugar marinade and use either a grill pan on the stove, broiler, barbecue grill, or a George Foreman.

Take the skin off and either boil it or roast it with seasoning but no oil, butter, etc.

Try marinating it and then either baking it, or grilling it. I love chicken. :)
