I used to have this good friend, we've lost touch, and now I've run out of ways to contact them, yet I really really miss them.

Isn't it funny how some one can leave such memories. Hah. I live in a small town so when someone actually moves away its so sad. Uh...but now a days with Myspace i've connected with a few lost souls.

You know what's funny i ended up meeting someone so intresting online an artist. Not to sound all obsessed but he seemed so incredable and now it's like we rarely talk any more. Even some one over phone/via is still hard to cope with.
Best of luck with ya girl! Keep your head up i'm sure they remeber you too!

Aaaw, I sure know that feeling. I have a few people I would love to reconnect with. I know of a site that may be able to locate your friend. I've used it, and it has helped me to find a few old chums that I fondly miss.

If you really want to find that old buddy try going to www.zabasearch.com. Type in his/her last name and the state that she lived in last and if she/he ever had a bill in their name, the site will find them (whether they were ever listed in the White Pages or not).

I still have not quite found the remedy for the "blahs". It sucks indeed. I just reflect over the good times we had and realize that:

"PEOPLE ARE IN OUR LIVES FOR A SEASON, A REASON, OR A LIFETIME."

Which one will you be?

Good Luck!

I tried to re-connect with an old friend from high school that lives 2000 miles away. He was only too excited to hear from me and then things went sour when he started to have feelings for me. Not only was it because he's in Indiana and I'm in Cali, but I have a boyfriend and he said it's too hard for him to talk to me knowing I'm happy with someone else. I started to yearn to see him too and I sometimes wonder what he's up to, but I know that I shouldn't call him. We'll see what happens in another ten years.

With internet meeting places like myspace, you can sometimes find old friends. I have found people by searching the high school and college I went to.
Classmates.com sucks, don't go there. They let you "find" your friend and "write" an email then they don't let you send it unless you pay them the gold membership price.
Maybe the person is on yahoo 360. You never know what you can find searching these internet groups. Good luck.

i have found many of my friends thru classmates.com, but i am also a military brat and that means many schools to cover, many people i was surrounded with and many directions to find people thru people.

honestly one guy i have trouble finding is nicknamed BOW , but his real name i cant remember. our dad's were on the same squad in fort Walton beach Florida, his dad was black his mom i believe was half native American half white. bow had a sister i don't remember her name. we lived in a trailer park for a while with 2 guys we hung with named poochi and Carly(black guys that were brothers. ) don't know if that was their nicknames wither. this was back in 1979-1980, yep that far back. i was in kindergarten, hard to forget your first ever crush, when at that age. they would all be in their 30's now, I'm 32 myself. female friend would be Laura nix from altus AFB Oklahoma last location. last known to be there in 1989. i believe her brothers name was Chris, her mother made homemade cabbage patch dolls, i still have to this day.

Oh yes. The guy that was my best friend, which I always secretly desired, but was always afraid to speak up. I think he thought I just wanted to be friends and he was afraid to speak up....we cherished each other dearly. How I wish I spoke up!!! Would love to see him someday. Maybe call Oprah and do one of those lost lover things!!!

Yeah I have quite a few people in my past like that. I did manage to catch up with one of them pretty recently. I hadn't seen him in almost five years. Haven't really heard from him since though.

i ahve an ex whom i was madly in love with and we became the best of friends and he got sent oversees he was in the military and during his field training out there, i lost track of him and i moved away prior to getting my new information to him. i wrote a letter that got sent back to me as moved, it wasn't his handwriting but i did run into a friend of his who said he hadnt' heard from him either since he went on his field assignment. I know ihe's not dead cause i always check the military for that.
