how do i get this guy to notice me without looking like i like him, but i do like him, i see him taking walks.

but im not used to talking to guys that i like well just him b/c i never felt this way before, how do i get his attention without saying anything, is that possible??

Yes it is possible for him to notice you... It all depends on HOW you wish to be noticed by him. Obviously the cheapest way would be to dress sexy (maybe even "sl*tty") but that doesn't always give out the right impression, even if most guys react to this without hesitation.
If he appears to be taking walks in your area, you should try and start walking as well, borrowing his route, maybe following him a bit without seeming like you are a stalker, etc...
One way you could deffinatly get his attention is trip over something right in front of him. Unless he is blind or totally antisocial, he will have no choice but to notice you and approach you. Yeah I know, it's an old schtick but hey, it's simple and it works!
Obviously being who I am, I would tell you to talk to him directly without playing childish games, but I am a special case; I believe in being direct.

take a walk someday at the same time, go in the same direction. If you have never talked to him how do you like him, if you think about it you know nothing about him. Be friends before dating, it may turn out that he is the biggest jerk ever. Doesn't hurt to talk to him though.

Go for a walk when he does, and then make it like an accident when you cross paths. You could start by saying hello one day, then to ask how he is doing another day, and if he shows interest when you talk to him, thats great. Oh and make eye contact.

But or make a giant pair of angel wings and when he is out walking, put on your wings and get close to him and say I have been looking for you! When you fell from heaven did you hurt yourself? It's a cute pick up line!

Well, there are a number of ways to get his attention, but they will do you no good, if you can't get the nerve up to say hello! If you really like him, take a walk at the same time, "bump" into him, suck it up, and say hello! You can do it!!! I have faith in you!!!

Are you sitting down when you see him walking? Why not take a walk? Or, if you're the sedentary type, why not call out to him from your comfortrable recliner and invite him over for chips or whatever.
