I believe in separate accounts, toothbrushes, and shavers. They should share secrets about their past and whatever they together get for their home.

A couple should share everything. Any thing not shared freely will become a problem. Holding back sharing the knowledge of some act or thing is a matter of trust and faith in the other half of the couple. Trust has to be the focus point in any relationship in order for it to work.

Materially, maybe. Emotionally, not necessarily. Everyone is entitled to his or her privacy, space, and secrets. Married couples are not clones of one another. Each is an individual in his or her own right. Sharing a bed, kids and a bank account should be sufficient. Anything else is at the discretion of the couple in question.

Marriage is about unity. Woman and man seen as one. So no matter the opinions God see them as one. You can try to hide things from your spouse or visa versa God see's all and know's all. We should share everything even when our thoughts are not proper. For us men this is a hard thing to do.

No - my spouse should share everything and I should be able to share just what I want, but have all my spouses's too!

No. It is important to have shared interests and goals for the longevity of the relationship, but you must also maintain your individuality.

I think it's important to do some things separately, so that you keep your individuality, and it helps keep each other interesting. There's not much to talk about if your spouse was there for everything you've done recently.
