Without parental consent, couples in Oklahoma have to be 18 to marry. The first thing they have to do before setting a date is review the requirements for a marriage license. Refer to the following link for the details:

I don't think anywhere lets you get married without consent before you are 18. the world has changed a lot, and with all the divorce in this world, my opinion would be that waiting until at least 18 would be the right thing to do anyway. If you are really right for each other, waiting shouldn't be an impossible thing for you. You love will be even stronger when you get to that point in a couple years, and you won't need any consent to do it.

If you're a teen contemplating marriage, please know that older people, more mature grown-ups, have a high divorce rate all across the America (about 60% divorce); teenage marriages RARELY last longer than 3 or 4 years... the result is usually a single parent, the female, who has sacrificed her chances of getting an education and/or training for a better job... and now has to contend with the responsibilities of a child or two and no prospects of finding a decent employment without an education or training... yes, the intentions of living together forever and living happily for the rest of your lives are genuine but, unfortunately, simply not realistic... good luck and very best wishes, nonetheless.

I believe, if it is the same as California, that she must be 18. I can look into it more though.
Delware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, and Oklahoma: Allow pregnant teens or teens who have already had a child to get married without parental consent.
Oklahoma
If you are under 18, your parents must appear at the courthouse with you to sign a consent form. Minors must wait three days before the marriage license is valid.

18 is the age. I KNOW you may THINK you are ready yet believe me it is ALL worth it to wait til you are 18 THEN see where you are from there. I was married at that age and my husband was 19 although I had to have my parents consent to do so. I was then divorced at 18 with a child. THINK BEFORE YOU REALLY DO. MOST marriages at that age NEVER lasts.

I think most states are 18 but I know some are younger. Do some research on the internet and see what you can find..although at 16 and 19 I dont recommend getting married quiet yet.

If you're 16 and you want to get married you need a counsellor, not a preacher. For god's sake, grow into adult before you "play house"!

In Oklahoma, it's 18 for males and females.
For the ages in other states, see http://marriage.about.com/cs/teenmarriage/a/majority.htm.
