Picture your home like a clock. Start at 12:00 and start packing everything going clockwise. Keep a garbage bag handy to toss things you don't want or use. Everything else, pack until the box is full and seal it. Label it with the room name.
Make one box the VIP box, and put everything you will need immediate access to in there.
Packing always takes longer than you think. Start right now. Pack in 45 minute blocks of time, take a 15 minute break and get back to packing.

I agree-get away from the computer. Go to your local grocery store or liquor, ask for boxes. a lot of places will give them to you. Short distance-just throw "rooms" into a box. Long distance-be more detailed. write on the box what is in it. "spare room-pictures, candles, nick-nacks" Have a packing party. Get your closest friends to come over and pack your things. Include "cold beverages" as an incentive(if all are legal of course). Throw away anything that you "forgot you had", or just dont use anymore. moving is not fun. pain in the butt is more like it. stay on a room until it is done. take a short break and start on another one. do you have to pay extra rent if you are not out within 3 days? use that as motivation if yes!

You've just got to start somewhere! Maybe make a list and prioritize the list as to what needs to be done first, second, and so forth. Most importantly, don't get overwhelmed and shut down. Stay on task, take one thing at a time, and you'll get there!
Oh, and enlist any family and friends that you think would be helpful. You'd be amazed at how quickly things can get done with many people working together.

The first thing you do is dismantle your computer [if it's a desktop], so that it won't be a distraction. Next, pack the clothes you don't need immediately. After that, pack books and papers. Next come odds and ends [office supplies, stuff in your dresser, etc.]. Finally, pack your cleaning supplies.
Good luck!

eat a good breakfast that wont over fill you and make you lazy??
than chug away a monster.....after that drink lots of Gatorade to keep you going. like a champ.
than you have to fight your inner self that doesn't want to go on.
you must battle the fatigue and never give up.
when you fall you have to get back up.
no matter how hard you fall just keep getting back up.
scream and cry but don't give up.
keep telling yourself that you can do it.
make sure that you go that extra mile.
THAN go 10 more miles.
than get a uhual and get to movin.
in the end you will feel the honor.
THE PRIDE!
that our ancient ancestors knew we were capable of.
you will be a new person...
good luck grasshopper

i moved a couple months ago and i am pregnant. no motivation, i just procrastinated until i HAD to. that was horrible. know that you have a new beginning awaiting you and get together with some people you trust with your stuff that will actually HELP you instead of stand around and talk. (i had that problem)
