When I was 14, I was also 5 ft. I am 20 now, and about 5'2, so you might grow another another inch or two. You never know :-)

Are you a pituitary giant? If yes, then you will continue to grow until your internal organs can no longer support your massive frame, leading to an early death often of kidney or heart failure. Are you not a pituitary giant? Then you will not grow much taller due to the fact that your HGH is limited by normal genetic regulations. There is no way to tell exactly how tall you will be, but pituitary giants are the only human beings capable of unrestricted growth as far as height is concerned. For more information look up PITUITARY GIANTISM, ACROMEGALY, and PROTEUS SYNDROME, topics all related to abnormal growth. You may also be interested in FIBROMYALGIA which causes bone deformity and abnormal growth. Perhaps even VASCULAR HEMANGIOMAS, although I doubt anybody would consider you tall if you were 5ft. tall with a 12 inch strawberry malignancy on top of your head.

It all depends on your family genetics. If you are male you could still be waiting on a growth spurt. If your close family (parents, aunts, uncles) are tall then you might still grow some. If they are short you might be about done growing. Keep in mind your body doesn't quit growing until about age 25.
