I think they are trying to catch up with the rest of the world. After all, they are a young country and the rest of the world has a big head start on them. The rest of the world has got the arrogant, stupid, and dumb down to a science. The US is a fast learner though.

This is just my opinion. It goes back to the way our very country was founded. This country isn't very old. We do not have traditional customs. We don't have any morals or values. Yes maybe, there are many people out there that do but that's a personal choice or something that was instilled in them when they were younger by a family member with sense or a friend. Our country is based on individualism. So we have a problem of only looking out for what's in our best interest. Which isn't neccesarily a bad thing only when you step on others intentionally. We say we live in a Democratic country but do we follow what is written in our constitution, even though it was intended to not have the gov. interfere with the founding fathers own personal interest, which was making that money, money, money! Everything is controlled, even though some people seem to not think so. We have a choice to not be so ignorant, to be good citizens and be honest, mainly with yourself. This applys to everyone regardless, of race, gender, social or financial status. What I'm saying is maybe these arrogant, stupid and dumb people are products of what our gov. wants. Look at all the crap that's on television. Look at what's being fed to us on the news. They show you what they want you to know. They do this so your distracted and out of what's really going on. That's why you have a bunch of people who make a big deal out of irrelevant things and not things that will actually affect you and the future of our next generation to come. You may say what does this have to do with your question. Well, it has everything to do with it. Everything is connected some how, some way and it all started from when we first landed on America. The rich 1% will remain that way and the rest poor. That's the whole idea!!!

because we know we have the right to be honestly give us anything and we can and will do it better. The more logical question why are other countries such p u s s ys and why are they so jealous of the U.S.A. We are not arrogant we are just always right. Other countrys need to except and embrace this and maybe take a few lessons from us so they make something out of themselves instead of remaining the failures of the world.

Please, don't assume that we are all like the ones who run our current government. A lot of us are wonderful and intellegent people just like in any other country. No 1 country is perfect nor is any one person. NO country has people who can be lumped all the same (not even Muslim countries). Don't stereotype a whole country when everyone is NOT the same.

And everyone in your country is perfect? If you say yes you're a liar and therefore prove my point. Gross generalizations do nothing but make a person look foolish and unintelligent. I suggest you stick to subjects you know well, America obviously not being one of them......

don't make the mistake i did by tarring all Americans with the same brush.I get the opinion they don't like any sort of criticism. they are all lovely people.
