Milk is very good for you, and helps to build strong bones, but I don't believe there are really any foods you can eat to help you grow taller. How tall you grow is pretty much up to genetics, and the best thing you can do is just eat healthy enough that your body has the right nutrients to grow properly according to its original plan.

No! And what's more, milk is bad for you. Milk is for infants and cow's milk is for calves, and the milk that's sold in stores is pasteurized which means it's useless even for infants.
Nothing will make you grow taller so learn to make use of all the advantages of being short.

Milk can help your bones to get stronger, but height is already predetermined in your genes. Sorry. Sometimes I wish that I were taller too!

Nothing is going to make you grow taller. You will be as tall as you are supposed to be. And you'll know when you are done when you are in your early 20s. And nothing will get you there faster. Nothing.
