Open Microsoft Word and the document you wish to modify.
Highlight the text you wish to have double spaced or select all.
Right-click the selected text and click Format.
Click Paragraph.
In the Paragraph window under spacing change from Single to Double and then click Ok.

press control key and A key at the same time. this will select the entire text.
press control key and 2 key at the same time. This will create all the text in double line spacing.
If you want one and a half line spacing. Press control key and 5 key at the same time, instead of control key and 2 key at the same time.
Hope this helps at least for those documents you have already written in single line spacing.

Yes, go to the FORMAT menu and pick PARAGRAPH. Then pick Double spacing.
When you are done with a draft, and wish to re-publish it as single-spaced, you can easily highlight all of the text, then go back and reset it back to SINGLE.
