Do guys like it when a girl makes small romantic gestures....like sending a card in the mail, or making things for a guy she's dating?
I love to come up with creative ideas to spice things up....recently I sent a guy I'm seeing a message in a little glass bottle.... he's at school, so I made the paper look old by burning the edges etc....
I know girls love to get little treats, but I'm wondering whether guys generally like this sort of stuff, or whether they find it creepy.

I think it depends on the guy...some guys like that stuff others find it creepy...although guys will say they like anything if the sex is good.

YES THEY DO! I am Marine and Im deployed most guys say that girly stuff dosen't make them feel manly but I will tell you one thing. Guys love it and the whole thing about not doing it in front of their friends well thats a lie to. The only reason friends make fun of guys for getting that stuff is because they are jealous. For example my girl sent me a pair of her panties with a letter that just read " the day you get home i wont be wearing any of these" i got made fun of for like two days but then come to find out , those guys were jealous cause they knew that didnt have that waiting for them when they got home.. So yes guys love it just as much as women!

I think they do, just so they know that you are still interested in him, might make him feel like he's got competition to out-do you though. I would keep it more private, cause if his friends find out, or you give him cute stuff like that in front of his friends, his testosterone will get the best of him, and he'll act like its stupid, or he doesn't like that type of stuff. I think each guy has a sensitive side like that, I had one boyfriend that spent hours making me a christmas card last year, I showed it off to my family, he got all embarrassed, so I didn't show off his sweet things he did like that for me again. My sister's fiance drew her a pic of the two of them for Valentines Day, and he's not an artist, it was really sweet. So I say go for it! I've written guys poems before, if you want another idea.

Yes, you can never go wrong with giving a guy something. Whether it's something they really like or not, it's the thought that counts and the idea that you actually care enough to think about doing something for him. It makes a guy happy and flattered.

They love it! They may not shoe the emotions you want to expect, but if any guys say that they don't, is full of sh*t.

Look sister. Your being you. If he doesn't respond to it, it's not your fault. It'll be some time before he does. Give it a sec. It may be that, he doesn't want his male friends to see that. Be sure it's not sent in front of his friends (machismo B.S., but what do you want? We can't help it. LMAO).

Trust me. He Loves it. He'll express it when no one else is looking (watch the little smile creep on the side of his face when you give him a gift then kiss him on the lips).

He's lucky to have you!

No they don't. Guys like beer and sandwiches. Make a sandwich and bring the beer. Save the message in the bottle for your gay friends.

It really does depend on the person, and the stage of the relationship.

You could subtly ask the chaps you're seeing in the earlier stages of meeting what they thought and work from there.
