I like being in a relationship, but I'm not the type to say I love you 100 times a day or need a guy to call me all day long. I also have no desire to remarry in my lifetime. I was seeing a guy for almost two months and had to break it off. He was talking about marriage and being together everyday! I was thinking, I barely know him yet. I like to take things slowly. He called me from work at least 5-6 times a day. He called when he got off and wanted to talk for the rest of the night!! He was always trying to make me say 'I love you' and I miss you-like 10-20 times a day like he was telling me. I don't think you have to say it a million times in order to show someone that you love them. Is this abnormal behavior? Any other females feel this way?

I told him up front what kind of person I am and he claimed to be ok with that. He said he liked a low maintenance woman.

Oh Yea, God, this guy sounds so needy... ewww... Personally, I like my personal space. 5-6 times a day is freekish! What do you have to say? I just ate, farted and now im brushing my teeth???
I can understand once a day or want to see you a few times a week, but this guy is like needy. you did the right thing.

Umm i think calling all the time and saying i love u all the time is something i wouldnt want.. but it would be nice to hear it once in a while - like at a dance and if we are slowdancing or something. I actually just broke up with a boyfriend too, who wasnt sensitive when he needed to be and was when he isnt supposed to be. He never says i love you, unless its in an email, and he isnt that sentisive sweet type. but now that i broke up with him he is all sensitive about it, he is depressed and sad... lol guys dont know when to be sensitive!

YES!! I am the EXACT same way! I do not think that you should have to be all over someone to show them you care. But also I've been in my fair share of relationships and there is no reason to rush things. If it's meant to be, it will be there tomorrow, next year and in 10 years!!!

He may have went too far but you also have issues. Why push a good man away? Why are you afraid of marriage? The first time it did'nt work but there are other possible suitors out there. This man adored you and you pushed him away. This was a very sad thing to do!

Yes, at one point I have felt that way. I just learned that I couldn't make everyone happy so I told the truth. We aren't together anymore and I'm cool with that LOL
Never let anyone force you to not be you.

God, that guy sounds one step away from a stalker. He'd drive me nuts!
I personally do not want a girly-man. I like manly-men. Guys who act like silly young girls are pathetic!
I think you sound normal and he sounds weird.
I don't like men who like shopping and cooking and like to watch chick flicks. I don't mind a card and flowers a few times a year, but I HATE when "nice guys" try to manipulate me by being "nice" like that.
You're preaching to the choir, sister!

Damn I think I lust you......
Do we have to talk after sex?
There is no need to spoon either and if so no longer then 5 minutes.
The only reason I would call is to get off in another fashion so would phone bone be permissable?
