I haven't seen any guys with lingerie in public. However the fashion-gurus in Paris, Milan, and New York seem to have crafted a wardrobe that has made wearing lingerie and underwear interchangeable between sleepwear and everyday wear. Right now, the only thing I could see happening on the guys end is that we may start wearing boxers in public.

When I'm in NYC I see so many strange things I wouldn't give you a second glance.
That's one of the many reasons I go there.
You'd have to do something a whole lot more than wearing lingerie in public.
