My little sister has a recurring nightmare where she gets buried alive. She keeps on screaming in her sleep, and gets hysterical. I don't know what to do, and whether I should wake her up, or whether that would make things worse. Also, she never remembers screaming, or anything like that. I've talked to her about her nightmares, but she keeps getting worse. Also, I wanted to get a doctor to speak to her, but she's too embarrased to speak to one. What should I do?

Unless you are her guardian, it is up to your parents, or her designated guardian.

Most dreams that involve "burials" indicate emotional issues. To be buried alive means the person dreaming it is going through some serious emotional turmoil. There is obviously something very emotionally stressful going on for her. If she cannot articulate it or speak about, seeking help may be the only way to resolve it.

If this has/goes on for more than a week, I think you are wise to have check in with a doctor. She may find the school nurse less threatening and a gentle way to move into medical care. Thank you for being such a fine brother.

why no longer see how ye get on on the action picture? If she treats you in yet differently - flirts with you and stuff whilst in comparison with the different adult males there then you definately would be attentive to she fancies you. you are able to ask her out the day once you 2 bypass to the action picture then. xx
