He was in Teman. I found it in the king James version of the bible in Habakkuk chapter 3 verse 3.
The Big bang model offers an elegant explanation of the origin of everything we see in the night sky, making it one of the greatest achievements of the human intellect and spirit. It is the consequence of an insatiable curiosity, a fabulous imagination, acute observation and ruthless logic. This is the way I look at it God is a creator, and we are made in his image and so i believe like we do that he was planning the creation for sometime being like us perfect, planning, prevents, poor, performance. Creating a universe would also take a big bang type action to create such a vase expanse. When a ant sees a beautiful fire works display he might call it a big bang because he doesn't understand everything that was behind the making of such a display. So maybe the creation of the universe is our fireworks display.

That which science calls the Big Bang is one of many creative cycles of the universe. This of course is from the book of "Jim" With all the creation I see in the night sky why would a thinking person except anything else. We are told our history and our dealing with the Almighty I can't say that He hasn't done this before.. Jim

BTW change that picture it's not appropriate for a posting area open to children.. Let parents choose how they want the adult world presented to their children...

That is a wonderful question. Do you realize what you have just stated? 'What was God doing before the big bang?' So you are not only a believer in God, but you also believe that God was BEFORE the big bang. John 1:1 says "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God". Thank you for believing the word of God.

Before the Big Bang, there was a whole universe already in progress. So God was still God doing what He still does til this day, create and recreate.

well if you beleive in a god then you dont beleive in the big bang. the big bang has nothing to do with god and vice versa.

if there is a god then the world and universe magically appeared out of nowhere. no big bang whatsoever. saying "let there be light" and ASSUMING there was a big bang is a popular beleif...but incorrect.

it would be a great cinematic addition to the story, sure. but it doesent work.

Was he like playing solitaire or what?

No!

Quite possibly HE invented TIME as well as said BANG!

Could it be HE is just too big to get our pretty little heads around the GOD CONCEPT?
