They both mean the same, I think, but "dieing" sounds more accurate.

A "euphemism" is a phrase we use to say avoid saying something we think will make others uncomfortable. Like "passing water" or, as the Thais say, "shooting rabbits," to mean urinate. No one wants to talk about death, so we find words to avoid it. And we also come up with ones that are just funny. think about all the ways we have to say "having sex"

But only between married people of course.

Bless you

Yes I think there is a difference between the two. "Using our judgment" is to use your brains (intelligence) to figure out something. "Passing judgment" means to cast personal criticism on to another person with or without their permission for something that may be none of your business.

They are both the same. People just use the phrase "passing away" so that the other person doesnt get too emotional with the word death.

They are both phrases to describe that a person has died. I think that some people think that dying or dead is too hard and so the use passed away, passing away.

There is no difference. It's just a manner of speaking. (The correct spelling is "dying".) Some people think it's gentler and kinder to speak of "passing away". Everybody knows what it means anyway.
