Yes we have a crazed look in our eyes and are always proselytizing. Also we have been know to kill those that are different or even disagree with us. We also drink blood and eat flesh.

Yes, they have that sparkle of intelligence in their eyes that is lacking in those who follow religions.
You ever notice how bible thumpers always have those dull looking eyes? They could be corpses if they didn't display other signs of life.
