I could go on for pages on why this does not work, as it runs against the laws of nature. But I'll tell you what. If you have enough money to burn to buy the plans and parts for something like that, there is a bridge in Brooklyn that you may be interested in.
(It does NOT work. It is all a scam to get your money.)

There is a Steam Engine out there than comes close to what I Think you mean. But it doesnt produce enough power. Friction is the enemy. If you are looking to research something. The answer may be in a nuclear fusion/electric generating system. So far the thinking as I understand it is you need a lot of power to generate a reaction. Could be miniturisation would work. You could even think about the relationship between electricity , magnetism, electrons and light ... Go for it.Whatever you do learn and understand the science. Then it may become rather simple.

Don't know which one specifically you are referring to -- there are so many of these around. But, regarding the Thestatika Machine of the Methernitha Commune:
"Apparently no one has managed to replicate this machine, despite some detailed drawings and descriptions around." (ZPEnergy; Feb. 26, 2005)
You might also want to check the site below, Skeptical Inquirer magazine, regarding "Examining the Amazing Free-Energy Claims of Dennis Lee" article.
Hope this information helps -- but sorry you wasted your money!

Its not possible physically. Too many factors that cause loss. Friction, heat etc. If we had a 100% efficient motor, the earth would have been a cleaner place to live

It sounds like an attempt to realize a perpetual motion machine. If that is the case, it won't work.
