Go to the NDC (New Deals for Communities) Shop on North End Road, Fulham (this is at the market end, before Lillie Road) and ask for the name and details of the Clem Attlee Tenant's Association representative. This person will be able to put you in contact with the caretaker and/or take the booking from you.
