Okay, so I posted a pic of me on myspace...so my friend (girl) said..."you look like a robot in that pic"....so I found of picture of a celebrity guy in a similar pose to mine and emailed it to her...she said "okay, he looks like a robot too, but at least he's hot"
the thing is that I am not ugly, and Im rather hot and good looking and the celebrity I compared myself to is very similar to me...has the same haircut even...
HOW SHOULD I REPLY TO THAT EMAIL?? (the one that she said that "at least he's hot)

If you truly care that much, ask her if she was serious...that she doesn't think you're hot. Otherwise, don't obssess - it's not a big deal. Maybe she was just trying to be funny. You know how boys hit little girls on the playground because they like them? Maybe she likes you, is uncomfortable and was just cracking a joke...?? Remember, if it's in an email, you could be reading it in a way it wasn't meant. The tone of an email is a dangerous thing...be careful how you respond so that she doesn't misinterpret anything you have to say, but definitely just ask if you really want to know.
BTW - which celebrity?

She is playing you like a fiddle and you are letting her. Don't insult back, don't act like you are in Jr. High, just tell her thank you for the constructive criticism and tell her you hope she has a nice life and leave her alone. If you spend all your time worrying about what other people think about you, you will never be happy, content or able to like yourself for who you are. Regardless of what you look like, that is who you are, be proud of that, because there is only one you.

easy for me to say but do remember whatever in life, we either react with anger or we respond gently and firmly whereby the other party will get to reflect what she said, though she might not apologise but at least she will be more tactful next time.
