What happened and explain what I could have done to change the situation. I was thinking of writing it about Spanish/English speakers and how the languages can collide and how one that don't speak the language needed can cause problems in work and what can I do as a business leader to change the problems

i got a wierd idea. why dont you put you(3rd person) in normal time and the case situation in revrse time, wherein you reach a problem through the solution and examine each situation seperately with varied posibilities. :)
