It depends on a lot of factors -- the woman, the man, what the man's been eating recently.
Now, the first time I tasted semen, I didn't like it much, but I kept on giving head and swallowing because I really liked the guy I was with at the time. Over the course of a few months and goodness knows how many BJs, my opinion of the taste moved from disliking, to tolerating, to slightly liking, to really liking it.
In short, it's an acquired taste. As you gain experience in giving head and "sample" more guys, you enjoy the taste much more and swallowing it becomes natural.

it all depends on the women herself. personally i do, but others don't. It just depends on who ure with and her personallity if she likes it or not.
