~Last night one of my friends told me he liked me and wanted to be with me i thought he was joking and i told him i be back in a minute but when i came back he was really mad and said that he could have any girl he wanted and then he went and started flirting with loads of girls in front of me. no matter where i went he was beside me and everytime i looked over at him he was chattin up another girl i went over to him and said o did ya meet a girl and he goes maybe if you went away i stand more of a chance so i walked away and over to my friends then my friends told me that he was staring at me the whole time. why was he acting that way with me? if he said he liked me why did he go and flirt with other girls?

:) He must really really like you to get that upset by what he percieved was a rejection. That you thought it was a joke wounded his pride and made him feel he had to prove he was worthy of any womans attention. :) It seems backwards, but it is male logic.
I would jump his bones if I were you, cause he really likes you:) If you feel the same, but do not toy with the man.

When he told you he liked you, you laughed at him because you thought he was playing. But he confessed to you how he felt about you and to him you were making fun of him. He must really like you if he confessed it to you cause that's a big thing for a guy. When you seen him flirting with the girls, he was trying to make you jealous. And when you walked away and he was staring at you the whole time, that shows just how much he likes you. He wasn't paying attention to any of them girls, you were the only thing he could see.

maybe he thought that when u went away after he told u he liked u he thought u went 2 laugh about it with ur mates so he felt stupid and tried 2 act like nothin had happened. Maybe he was tryin 2 make u jealous so u would make the nxt move because he felt embarrassed because u just walked away

When you didn''t say you would go out with him when he told you he liked and you walked away you probably made him feel bad for telling you how he felt. so to protect his own feelings he jumped towards the other girls hoping he could make you a little jealous in hope to see that maybe you liked him too. By pushing you away he was trying to make you push back so he could see how you feel about him. he was not doing it to hurt you but to sshow you that by not answering him you hurt his pride.

He probably took your thinking he was kidding as you rejecting him. He got his feelings hurt and his chasing other girls was a sad attempt to get you back.
If you lke this clown in spite of his immaturity, then tell him so. Directly. If not, help the guy out with his approach. Your gender will owe you big time.

He was upset that you left him right after he told you he liked you because it made him vulnerable . He felt like you didn't care and so he was trying to make you jealous by flirting with other girls.

He sounds immature. He had a temp tantrum, you don't want to be in a relationship w/ anyone like that. That would have been a turn off for me.

Girl, he acts that way because he felt rejected...because he is afraid of rejection and getting hurt. Everyone is! You need to talk to him...whether you want to be with him or not, have a talk with him and keep your friendship! He doesn't want to be with those other girls, he wants to be with you.
