No exception policy. In school detention first, then 3 days out of school detention, then fine the parents money, that will piss off the parents when you take their money and make them start dealing, then just simply boot them out and make them go to alternative schooling.

I would use all means necessary, as this can be very detrimental to both those being bullied as well as the general student population. For heaven's sakes, many schools have instituted a zero tolerance policy against drugs--including tylenol or advil! There is no reason a very tough policy couldn't be adopted for bullies. This anti-bully training needs to start very young and the punishment should be age appropriate starting with instruction for young children and progressing right through expulsion.

when i was little and i had bullies. my mom would tell the school behind my back and then the bullies would get detention or whatever............
than the bullies would get mad at me. and i would have to watch my back. they were all bigger than me so i couldn't fight them all. every time they would get in trouble they would hate me more.
"FORTUNATELY"
the only thing that kept me from being turned into tendered meat was no thanks to the school (which made things worse), i had a bigger and badder friend than my bullies. he didn't fight all my fights but he knew the right times to save my ***.
schools make bully problems worse......
why?? ---> because they don't respect the confidence of the bullied student and they just confront the bully and say " you're in trouble for picking on that kid right there".
than the bully knows exactly were to place his bulls-eye.
i don't know how to fix bullying in school...
but i do know that punishing the bullies and letting them know who is responsible for their punishment is pretty close to the worst thing.

Subtle degradation. You cannot degrade a student out right, however this is the only way to counter bullies. Bullies thrive on degrading others, if you can bring them down to an equivalent level you may crack the behavior. However, covert degradation can be difficult to achieve.

Sit them in my office, then call their parents at work and have the parents come and get them RIGHT NOW.
If it happens more than twice, trade the bullies to another school.
The big problem is that usually the school administration can't identify bullies.

similar ingredient surpassed off to me in Gr 9. - Dont ignore about them: i did that and it didnt help. The abuse will in worry-free words progression as you'd be looked as if it would "tolerate" or "settle for" such behaviour in direction of your self. Or a minimum of thats what the bullies will imagine. - attempt to address it your self - so confront the bully, tell them to **** OFF, etc. do something interior life like limits. If the bully is definately more beneficial than you, it wouldnt be smart to pass and challenge them to wrestle you - instructor/powerful intervention definately works, yet i anticipate you nonetheless have many years left in college, and this would probable the perfect ingredient you would turn to, as this without delay labels you because the snitch, and turns human beings remote from you.

1) Give them a one on one talk, warn them, say this behavior is not acceptable at your school.
2) [If Repeated, ect] Give them Detention, a week for starter.
3) Inform the parents, call them upto the school, and discuss with the parents and the pupils.
4) Suspend pupils, or Fine Parents.
5) Suspend for a longer period. Give them one last chance.
6) Get rid of them, they are no longer welcome.

i would create a class that teaches others about diversity, excepting others for who they are, and to treat others with respect. I'd also have the bullies and those they have been bullied by these people to come face to face and work out their problems, and work with them to make things right.
for those bullies who refuse this class would be expelled

Put them all in one class together. And each and every day I would personally walk them to that classroom. Then they wouldn't be able to cause trouble for others at school. Have them study, and if they refuse to study, send them home. Period! Some students are actually there to learn, which becomes difficult when there are distractions.
