You are a very heavy sleeper. My husband is so hard to wake up, and he can get a little mean, he will say "stop yelling at me" and tell me he just wants to sleep.....he does not cuss though, but he does not cuss a lot when awake either. He never remembers anything when he wakes up, I could be carrying on a conversation when we wake up, and then I figure out that he is still asleep and when he wakes up he has no idea what happened. I think you are normal, it is just a natural reaction that you cannot control. Tell people not to wake you and get an alarm clock instead. And my husband is always so much better to deal with when he has had a full nights sleep, so make sure you are getting that!

My husband kind of freaks out and is all disoriented if he is woken up suddenly. If he goes back to sleep, he usually doesn't remember either. I get really grouchy myself if startled out of sleep, and I always remember.
All I can think is that's it's some sort of natural instinct.

that seems to be going around, especially with teenagers
No, it is not so normal, it is repulsive, and mean.
It is the devil in your head telling u to do this and u give the devil
all the power and do this while the devil is laughin, everyone else is mad at u.
So , clothe your words with kindness and see everyone love u more.

not normal.
maybe get one member of the family to give u a wake up-call.
allow them to call u once, after that if ur late its your own fault
ppl are only trying to help cos they care, go easy on them. not everyone is so lucky.
good luck

perhaps it is akin to a form of sleepwalking. i walk and talk in my sleep, even to the point of holding a conversation. but like you, i remember nothing later. if its causing big problems, go and see the doctor

Umm...no offense but this doesn't sound normal to me. I think you should talk to your doctor about this.
