Losing weight is difficult. But here I am introducing you some tips to lose a small amount of weight in a healthy that that is also within a week.
Steps to losing weight fast
* Get a set of small hand weights, 3, 5 or 8 lbs.
* Do five to ten minutes of weight lifting for a half an hour after each meal. Lie on your back and slowly lift yourself up with weights in each hand. Do this daily for the full seven days.
* Before or after you take a bath or a shower each day, do five minutes of jogging in place, your weights in hand.
* Do not eat greasy foods. Drink only water and fruit juice. Eat a portion of vegetables at every meal.
* In the morning try to eat fruit. Do NOT dump heaps of sugar on your cereal.
* Follow this regimen for seven days and you will see results.
* Take time to cook, Make food look appealing; don't be afraid to try new things. If you're not sure how to prepare or eat things you can go on an online search engine (such as google) and look how recipes and how to eat things.
* It is a shown fact that one of the "weight loss tips" is not true, many of us believe that if we eat late at night the food turns directly into fat. This is only a myth, food is stored all day into fat, it has nothing to do with time. Make sure you eat a lot of protein, this is important because if you don't have enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not fat.(Muscle will be burned but not as much).And finally have fun with it! Make up a dance or jump rope to music, getting active doesn’t mean boot camp!
Quick tips
* Eat plenty of vegetables with each meal.
* Drink plenty of water
* Before buying any food, look for carbs, calories and sugar in the ingredients. You'll want to cut down on all three.

Aside from all the dieting advice you will get, consider some of these:
Part ways with the TV for a while (maybe give it to a friend to babysit, at least unplug it). Get busy, perhaps join Habitat for Humanity, or some volunteer organization that can benefit while you lose calories in the process. Find something active as well as worth doing.
Dance if you don't already, join some type of team activity, consider hiking.
"Just say No" to elevators whenever possible. Stairs are a very underestimated 'opportunity'. Walk instead of taking short trips in the car (when you have time).
Overall don't just consider "one thing" your solution. You have set a significant goal, so you really need to diversify your plan to keep it interesting and ongoing.

I think it is so funny what people suggest on her. Please what ever they suggest and you follow make sure you understand that it worked for themselves and they are telling you stories. Make sure you body is healthy enough to follow the advice given.
Now that I said that.
I was 160 pounds. I added Red Bull to my heathy eating. I am sure you know how to eat healthy. Its just about chocies. I drink two red bulls a day, spaced out. I also make sure I take my vitamin. Belive it or not, if you do not take your vitamin..that is were your cravings come from. If you give your body what it needs, it won't crave certain foods during the day. Your mind doesn't understand that you need more Iron or Calcium so you crave and crave and crave all day until you finally give it what it is asking for. You will snack less if you simply take your daily vitamins.
Now back to the Red Bull, this helps in my energy level. So I tend to keep my days filled with activies and fun things. I forget thats it work and that its actually fun. Like I repainted my bathroom. Its not work..Your burning calories.
Your house will be clean too.
Then I make sure I atleast ride around my block 2 or 3 times a day on my bike. I don't stroll bike..I petal hard and when you get off your bike..You'll see your butt is tight!.. It takes a total of like 15 mintues.
Staying busy is the key. I am now 132 Pounds!

I lost about 60 lbs with Weight Watchers. It is just a matter of portion control. It will be hard the first 2-4 weeks but after that, you feel like a whole new person and new lifestyle.

There are many ways. not all are exactly what i call healthy or good for you body.
i would recommend going to you doctor and asking what diet would best fit you.
there's a carb diet and a calories diet. you will probably get a more sophisticate answer. you should ask hm if there are any books you could go to to hep you on your diet.
my mom lost a lot of pounds after a short period of time, by going to the doctors and asking that simple question. she found that she needed a carb diet and was asked to go on the Atkins diet which. she went on the Internet and bought some books for the diet and found to books to support her. shes lost probably 80 pounds in 2 month.

diet pills/3 a day, i reccomend stacker3, i lost 6 pounds in 7 days! i also suggest 5 small meals a day. 1 @ morning, 1 4 brunch,1@ lunch,1 4 snack between lunch and dinner, 1 @ dinner &1 after dinner.

do lots of swimming and especially cycling (uphill is best) obviously eat less and make sure what you o eat has a high water content if possible, like lettuce, and maybe try the 'slim fast' never done it myself but i know they do work. or try Jeremy Clarksons diet which is unusual but strangley effective- only eat every other day or four days a week or if thats to much skip lunch

Cutting carbs it is the fastest way to lose weight and then when you have lost the weight eat healthy. Drink lots of water! Even though i have a personal aversion to exercise, you will lose it better and look better if you do.

you may be used to fried foods but there are other sometimes healthier ways to cook including roasting steaming poaching baking braising and broiling
