There are a few differant ways, you can google them basically and search but you are going to have to pay to get background checks for this type. You can also go to your local police station where you believe the person is to have a warrant out for them and check, in some places you can call the county clerk's office too.

Look up "Intelus" on the web, a very professional investigative service with huge public and private public records resource. Sometimes it is better to pay a little more but you have the peace of mind that you have the correct information on hand.

Your city or county may also have public records on line. You will not have to pay anyone but it will take you a little time if you do not know where to look.

Good luck!

If you live in Florida.....go to any search engine and type in FDLE warrants. it should bring up the correct form to do a search on the fdle website. That will get you any warrants in the state of florida. I would assume there are comparable sites for other states, but I do not know of them.

Depends on the State. Some states have web sites where they post arrest and court cases.

Sometimes if you call the county jail and get a nice person, they will tell you, but a lot of the time they tell you that you have to come in and find out. (now why would I want to goto a police station if I'm calling to see if I had a warrent)
