Someone has been making false phone calls to animal contol to a few of my neighbors, is there a way to find out who it is? They have called like 10 times in 1 year. isn't that a form of harrasment?

I would say it is.
If animal control has been out there ten times, they should have records of each visit. If there isn't any evidence that animals are being abused in any of the reports, make a complaint to animal control itself. The officers should know that there is no reason to intervene.
If animals are being mistreated, it's not harrassment, it's compassion.

I Know who is calling on my Animals ,its my Husband EX WIFE.She likes to stir up trouble.Animal Control came out to my House,because she said I got Dogs in cages.Those Dogs are Chickens.My Dogs are very well taken care of.My Husband said my Dogs get Better care than a Person does.Should I go to Animal Control and tell them what she is doing?
