i told him what i knew. heard what he had to say. gave him a chance to change. and when he didn't change. i left him. everyone deserves a chance to change, but i also believe that i am responsible for my own happiness and if someone can't make the effort (or doesnt want to) then i will do my own thing and move on.

No I havn't...
But just a word of advice. You've probably heard that if you walk in on your significant other cheating on you and you kill the other person, you get a shorter jail time...well...I learned from a criminal justice class that that excuse only works if you are married to the person. So if that significant other isn't yours by marraige, you're still gonna get first degree murder and go to jail for a LONG LONG time. Its like 2-3 yrs versus up to the death penalty in some states. Yeah so just a heads up...Thought it was interesting.

I once was dating this guy who turned out to be a huge cheater. One thing he did was lie to my face about it, even though he had been busted. A cheater will always lie about it and try to convince you that you are somehow wrong. If you catch someone cheating, just end it. Turn around and don't look back.

I am now married to someone who would never do such a thing. His love for me is 110%. And one thing is, he is always such a good communicator and is an open book to me. There is no lying.

My dad was working in Colorado for 2 weeks and would come home ( Ca ) to visit for a week ... he did this for over 6 months until one day he came back early to visit for Father's Day and found a guy in my moms bed ... !

He stabbed the guy in his leg with a screwdriver ... and threw him out of the house ... (wasn't there when it all went down) but a few weeks later we were all heading to Colorado to start over again ... without my mom ... in the middle of High School .. thought I was going to die ... few weeks later she moved in with us ... lets just say my dad did a lot of cheating too .. they're both messed up in the head I think and that's what makes me stronger ... learning from their mistakes ... gotta love your parents ... !

I heard about a guy who caught his girl friend cheating and sued her. I can't remember for what, emotional damage or something. He won, you should give an attorney a call.
