by the way i am on the organic diet for 4 years and it makes me feel some much healthier

Eat less, move more.

Eat small portions of what you like. Use small plates, small spoons, and small forks (chopsticks even better) to make your small portions look more fulfilling.

"Diets" don't work because by denying yourself what you like, you will end up depressed and cheating on your diet. What does work is a lifestyle change (don't "diet," change your diet). Eat it, but only a little bit.

Avoid processed foods like soda if at all possible, but again don't deny yourself something that you really want.

Just eating in moderation is best, making sure you make healthy choices when eating as well. But in my opinion if you want to talk "Diet" and one that is successful for most people, Weight Watchers.

i don't diet, but i've heard that the south beach diet works really well. supposedly, it's hard to get used to at first, though.

i agree that organic is the best but if you eat right and excercise frequently, you will feel good and be healthy
