I find this statments in most applications and forms, I do have a US B1/B2 visa, is that considered US security clearance?

No. A US security clearance is a clearance for secret information or to work in sensitive areas where you may have access, inadvertent or deliberate, to this information.

Many people who work in the defense industry or for conglomerates who have defense contracts have to get clearances. One of the 1993 WTC bombers worked for a defense contractor and had a US security clearance to work in a "secure" lab.

A U.S. security clearance is only issued to people who work for the Federal Government (military, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, etc.) So if you have a visa, you don't have a security clearance.

A B1/B2 Visa is given to non-U.S. citizens who live in the country legally.

no. a b1/b2 visa allows you to travel to the united states. you are not allowed to import, and it lets the american government know who you are.
