Hi everyone,

I want to work on a template. There are some images on the index page of the template and I want to write something on these images either in Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks. Can anyone tell me please how to write and edit the images in Adobe photoshop. In which option I should go and edit the images.??

Looking forward to hear from you soon.
Best Regards
Fiza

Assuming that you have the images in a format the Photoshop can use (such as jpg, bmp, etc), you simply open the image in Photoshop. Select the text tool. Type in the text you want to display. Position it on the image where you want it. The text tools also has options to change the font, size, color, etc. as needed for your image. When done, save the new image as a file.

PhotoShop is the better answer here. Flash takes some getting used to. The TextTool lets you create a line of text alright. In PhotoShop 6 or greater you can keep that line of type on its own layer and edit it. You need the Layers Pallet open to see the layers.

THEN, you need to Save As... and change the type of file you need. Adding layers to an image in PhotoShop makes it a PhotoShop file if you just hit Save. Using Save As... makes your image back into a single layer that webpages and email can use.

Editing images takes some study of the tutorials or a textbook. You can do some touchup with the pencil tool, erasure tool and clicking on the big square color button in the toolbar.

open the image with photoshop.
about 2/3 of the way down on the right side of the tool bar is the text tool. (it is a capitol T)
click on that.
click in the image and type.
ctrl + t will allow you to adjust the size.
hope this helps

Oh if you dont see a toolbar go to window and make sure that tools is checked
