i think 2 lbs per day is a little un healthy.. maybe 2 a week ? :) or something isn't so bad..
just try and eat healthy... and keep active.. drink a lot :of water

That is dangerous to your health. Even if you could lose 2 pounds a day, you won't be able to maintain it for life. The best way is starting a healthy diet. Lose 2 lbs per week by eating smaller portions, no fried food or junk food, and with 20 min exercise 3-4 days a week. Please take care of your health. Don't regret it after you get sick.

Do intermittent fasting . Start with a 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window. The best way to do this is start eating at 11 am and stop at 7 then go to bed. Try to fast from 7-11 and drink a gallon of water a day. Cut your calories by 2-300 a day using the bmr calculator. Google bmr and you can find your bmr. Cut that by 200, do that along with walking empty stomach every morning and you'll shed fat like nobody's business.

it all depends on your age and your weight! i have put myself on a 1,000 calorie a day and i walk 3 times a week/more if i can! you can loose up to 4-5 pounds a week if you are honest with yourself and on counting calories (even nippling here and there counts!!)
