If he wants to see the children then he needs to let the court know that the custody needs to be altered.
If she won't let him she the kids then he needs to go to court to make it known that he is paying child support and he gets nothing in return.
I had a friend that said her and her husband went to court because they were paying child support and never got pictures, or anything. They told that court that they wanted to quit paying child support because they believed the child to be dead. Once the mother heard that she might loose child support she sent pictures and suddenly the were talking on the phone. The little girl didn't even know that her mothers husband wasn't her father. She didn't know about the guy paying child support for her.
Try it, things might change because of it.

If he was granted visitation rights and is current with child support and she is still refusing to allow visitation, then he should file a petition with the court seeking enforcement of visitation rights. If she doesn't comply, then she would be in contempt of court and could be thrown in jail. This, however, could cause even more hardship for the kids, so your husband would have to be careful how hard to push it. Whatever he chooses, he should take the high road, never bad mouthing his kids mother's actions or behavior in front of his children. Courts see what goes on, and if he is a model parent, it will make it that much easier for the visitation to be enforced and maybe he could even get custody.

Does he have a court order to see the children? If so, he needs to let them know that she is refusing to let him see them. She could get in big trouble for that. Plus, it's just not fair to the children. She sounds very selfish! Good luck!

I think he needs to go to court. If he's paying child support and the court says he can see them, then there is no reason for her not to allow them see their father.

usually if he is paying child support he can take it back and get visitations with NO problems IF there is not already a order out. He should at least write to the judge and explain the situation and sometimes they will get you in with a smaller fee rather than having to pay a our ragest lawyer. BEST WISHES

Wow cold hearted ... Talk about punishing the kids.if everything is being done that is court ordered, the other parent is in fact breaking the law by not letting visitation happen

He needs to go back to court and request visitation orders. If she breaks a court order he might have grounds to ask for joint custody.

He needs to take her to court for contempt. If she continues to do this she is jeopardizing her custody. Judges are getting tired of ex-spouses using the kids to get back at each other.

If he does not have a judgement for visitation, he needs to get one.
IF he does and she still refuses, she is an idiot and needs to go to court to sort it out.
Either way get an attorney.
