Alcohol is a natural depressant and after the initial relaxing effect depression happens , that's why so many people fall into alcoholism.

When I usually drink alcohol am with my boyfriend, friends, work mates,or family members which means am either in a bar, house party, getting ready to go out, restaurant or different type of function. These gatherings with friends or family members are usually a time for good feelings and vibes and are almost always in voled with alcohol, this in turn makes you and those around you happy and when you have that feeling you don,t want to lose it. By drinking alcohol this feeling will most likely stay, in most respects be made greater and in turn people will drink more and more. When you drink to much your mind and body become dehydrated this in turn will give you the killer hangover the next day.

Our brain releases a chemical called dopamine which controls our emotions anytime drugs and beer enter our body our Brain releases more dopamine giving us confidence then when all the drinking and using stops it takes it a while to replace or re-control how much should be released kinda like a roller coaster ride u go up feel good but u must come down and that's why depression kicks in

Alcohol acts as a depressant, compound any remorse you feel from your actions. Exercise the day after will help to purge the alcohol from your system as well as boost endorphins to pick-up your mood.

But you are a great person, everyone says so. Smile.

It's called a hang over. Your body is trying to process all the alcohol and it uses lots of water in your body to do this.

You become de-hydrated

all you have to do is drink lots of water or sport drinks to re- hydrate yourself
