I don't think there's any right answer to this one. Every BODY is different as are LIFESTYLES. There might be a diet that works fabulously for some people but the regimen itself or whatever just doesn't work for some because of their schedules etc. Personally I lost some weight and kept it off by following two simple things.... Eat a little less... exercise a little more. It's as easy as that. Nothing drastic. I didn't lose 20 pounds in one week but I lost the weight.

I lost 65 pounds on theAtkins Diet a few years ago and kept off the weight too. You don't go hungry on that diet either if you follow it faithfully and don't believe all the scare things you hear about Atkins either. It works!!!

The best diet is to eat nutritional foods all the time and be sure to stay active. And also, drink lots of water! They say you shouldn't be losing more than a pound or two a week.

Eat healthy and exercise, that is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. Plus it is healthy for your heart and organs♥ Plus you'll have energy like crazy after a while.
