about the natives?

why do Americans get crap for supposedly stealing land from native when the Spanish were the first to actually go in an attack and try to convert the natives? they also committed genocide and took local resources. but no one ever seems to give them gripe about it. only the "americans" who were actually europeans.
the other issue is why does it matter? one country taking over another is a fact of life in the history of the world. almost no nation in the east is innocent of this. if you give america hell for this fact of life, then do the same for very tribe, nation, and country in the east.

If you want to see some evil, murdering people, look at the Spanish when they sweep through South America. If this is where the Mexicans are coming from,, we really don't want them here.

You're making it far to easy for yourself. In case you didn't know, "Americans" does include the Latin Americans and the other North Americans. They are all guilty of genocide. In Brazil it's still going on.
Hardly ever has any European tribe/nation committed genocide after taking over somebody elses country until the second world war. They took over the gouvernment and administration and got taxes off their new subjects, then they started mixing with them until you could hardly tell the difference any more.

We do give hell to those nations, you just have to be aware of whats is going on outside the US once in a while.
