No, dogs will become the dominant species because the women will all be watching BIG SISTER, and the X factor. D ogs will then only keep the women to throw sticks for them until they eventually invent a machine to do it and will then allow the human race to become extinct

Mankind means humans, not just men. It is like saying, "Look up in the sky, see the flock of geese?" Nobody really believes you mean that there are no ganders in the flock, there are geese and ganders.
