It all depends on which one you are talking about. Now if you are talking about a husband, I would consider it cheating.. anything outside of marriage whether consentual or not is adultry which is considered cheating. Now boyfriend or mate that would be considered having an open relationship.... Nothing more or nothing less........

Cheating is only considered cheating if the other person does not know, or disapproves of it. If he knows about it and is cool with it, then its not cheating.
But I would be careful. If you are with many different woman, he might get jealous after a while. I'm serious, he might say he is ok with it at first, but after a while he might ask why you prefer somebody else over him.

Its not by todays world standards, it is by christian standards and othe religions. The problem with it is that it will cause the other relationship with your wife or husband to go bad. I mean think about, why do we only have one Bf gf? or husband wife? because thats all we can handle relationship wise. If you are busy focusing on a new relationship, then your other relationship goes down the drain

No it is not considered cheating as long as both people in the relationship agree that it is okay and the other woman is aware of your relationship.

yes, because if its ok with ur partner than they don't love u and it seems u don't either. A relationship with ur mate/husband or boyfriend consists of 2 people not 3 or 4 ect...

No.
Cheating is breaking the unwritten pact between a man and a woman when you both agree not to do a certain behavior. If she/he doesn't care, it's not cheating.

Not if he's aware of it. Cheating is going behind his back. What you're talking about is an "open" marriage/relationship.

Cheating is doing it behind their back without their knowledge.
If you have permission it is not cheating.
