I was surprised to see the menaings of the these words as follows:
1) Gentile: Bastard
2) Israel one who wrestled with the God. However in Arabic it means the servant and slave of the God (Allah stands for One and Only God).
3) Cretininism ( A form of severe mental retardation): Jesus like.
The abvoe menaings are a claear sign of twisted logic and stupid Zionist mind because:
1) Most non Jews are not bastards. Muslims have the lowest rate of extra marital affair and AIDS.
2) Israel was the title of Ya'qoob or Jacob who was grandson of Propeht Abraham (Ibraheem). Nd while the God created every thing in the entire universe, Ya'qoob (Jacob) was the mot humble servant of Allah.
Quran forbids certain certain words when talking to Muhammad. One of them is Salamo Alaikum (Peace be upon you) , which Zionists used to call it Sham alikum meaning death to you.

I am not sure where you are getting these "meanings." It sounds like they are coming from a group that is trying to dehumanize anyone that is not a part of their own group. This is something that serial killers do to justify their inhumane treatment of their victims. I would not accept these definitions as the true "meaning" of these terms.

It's a figure of speech. Paul even said as much in the chapter. He's saying that Israel lost some of the blessings, prestige, etc., that they had shared in the past and that God is now working with the Gentiles to make something much better than two separate things. Grafting a branch into a healthy tree is, or at least used to be, fairly common among, say, apple growers. So Paul is trying to say (and he did go into a lot of detail here) that God is adding Gentiles into his program for bringing glory to Himself. Israel had had that opportunity, but failed. The Old Testament gives many examples of this. The Church, composed of Jew and Gentile alike, is what God is using now to show His glory to the world. That's at least what I get out of the passage. If you can find a copy of "Romans: The Gospel of God's Grace" by Dr. Alva J. McClain, you can get his explanation. It's worth it if you can find it. That was the textbook we used at Liberty University (Liberty Baptist College, before then) for the course in "Romans/Corinthians".

Gentile doesn't mean bastard, it just means someone who isn't Jewish or a pagan.
Israel is a translation of Yisrael which comes from the phrase "ki sarata el" meaning "for you have struggled with God." Yaacov was renamed Yisrael after wrestling with his brother Esau's angel.
Cretinism means, "a congenital disease due to absence or deficiency of normal thyroid secretion, characterized by physical deformity, dwarfism, and mental retardation, and often by goiter. " according to dictionary.com.
How these are "a claear sign of twisted logic and stupid Zionist mind" is very unclear because you make a poor case and don't use sources.

I'm glad that Muslims have a low rate of AIDS. Good for you.
"Israel" is not a title. It's a second name. Again, I explained how he got it according to Jewish theology.
As for your little tidbit of info about "salamo alaikum," Jews don't say "sham alikum" they say, "shalom aleichem" which also means "peace be unto you." We speak Hebrew--it's a different language, remember?

Screw you, you anti-Semitic bigot. You are just jealous of the Jews because they are God's chosen people and not you. Arabs and Muslims are the step children of Abraham, and they are nothing more than a bunch of fit throwing rejects.

"Gentile" is an English word and I don't know what's its origin. The Hebrew word for the non-Jews is "goyim" and this just means "the peoples" or "the nations".
