Some websites when you write in a paragraph, it translates it word by word, but not correctly.
Your best bet is to ask somebody you know who speaks spanish or let us give it a try and we'll help you.

Online translators aren't good at all. They just translate words, but do not take account of meaning or nuances. Try this:
"Muchas gracias por el maravilloso Baby Shower que organizaron para mi. Los aprecio profundamente a cada uno de ustedes por el cariño, la amistad y la comprensión que me otorgan todos y cada uno de los dÃas. Gracias".
