Honest there used to be a book on dodge performance. the back pages had a listed of Dodge part numbers for parts that were the best for each engine. the Honest truth is most of the time unlike chevies and fords the Dodge exhaust manifold is the best. but this is what you can do take the headers bolt them back on run 2 inch to 3 inch duel pipes out to the back of the charger. get 2 turbo mufflers and you'll be good. My 74 Charger SE (400) I put on the car 2 cherry bombs. with duel exhaust. This however I was commanded in the army not to start the car up during duty hours. It was just to loud. Honest it sounded like thunder, and well the only thing it did not pass was the gas pump.

Headers must be added as an after market add-on or change. On a new car you have to be carefull not to add/change something that voids the warranty. For instance changing the "chip" in you computer usually voids the warranty. I'm not sure about headers, but things that increase performance tend to fall into the category of voiding warranties.
If you get one and add headers, be sure to keep the old exhaust system because you may not be able to pass smog tests with headers.

no they just have cast iron exhaust manifolds.
if you want headers that are SMOG legal plop down the $1200 for the MOPAR long tubes, they come with replacement Catalytic Convertors with it as well, and everything will bolt right up.
and being its a Mopar Performance Part, it wont effect the warranty. good for about 30hp.

of course it comes with headers or an exhaust manifold. Where else would the exhaust go but out the side of the engine and catch everything on fire. Not to mention the pollution controls.

I was going to tell you what the guy above said, but he covered it. He did not tell you where to get this though. Try:
http://www.mopar.com/
or your local dealer also should have a catalog, if not they can order you one.
Some items may void your warranty. and they will be noted at the site or in the catalog. Also if the item will make it hard to get IM'd it will also be noted.
