It's been like this for two months, although we haven't had sex yet. We spend whatever free time we have available dancing in the living room, chatting, having lunches between work, dinners, window shopping, laughing our heads off and going out for drinks and more dancing... why hasn't he made a move yet?

OK at 1st I though that you were complaining that he called you too much, but now I see that you are complaining that he hasn't jumped your bones yet.
Yeah he's into you, or he wouldn't be giving you so much attention.
He also respects you!
Maybe it's a rare thing for a girl to come across a guy who values his relationship with you far more than S.E.X.
I hope you give this guy lot's of patience. When you are sure that YOU are ready for the deed, then start giving him some signals. If he doesn't get it, then try talking things over with him. He may be an abstainer. If he isn't then he's just a guy who thinks that YOU are a girl that's definitely worth waiting for.

It sounds like he's into you. Trying leaning in 90% of the way for the first kiss. If he swoops in for the last 10% then he just wasn't sure when it would be a good time to go for it.

maybe he's a virgin and is scared about messing it up. maybe he doesn't know what to do. have you made a move on him? if he rejects you....that should prompt a conversation. if he doesn't, then you'll know! next time after a couple drinks, go for it!

Well duh... yes, he's obviously into you! He's just afraid he'll lose you if he makes a move.
If you want him, there's nothing wrong with making a move yourself. At the very least, you can flirt with him in a way that makes it obvious that you'd welcome him making a move.

BECAUSE MEN THAT DON'T MAKE MOVES RESPECT YOU. WHEN I DATED MY HUBBY IT WAS 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE DID ANYTHING.
